The Distribution Sell With Executive for Digital Industries (DI) Automation will aid and facilitate the successful growth of revenue derived through the Indirect Channel in terms of supporting distributors directly through the sales cycle, coaching on account management, opportunity management and deal closure to meet revenue objectives.

As the Distribution Sell With Executive (DSE), you will support our sales network throughout the sales cycle ensuring appropriate resources are provided to drive Digital Industries sales and revenue of our portfolio. You will work with the partners to help develop new and expanding business, with a focus on developing a value proposition, to help onboard new customers and drive revenue growth.

Candidate required to create industry-focused initiatives and detailed territory plan to drive execution, account strategy and resource alignment for all stakeholders to achieve expansion goals. Distribution Sell With Executive (DSE) reports directly to the Distribution Sell With Manager as part of the Partner Sales organization.

We are looking for a Distribution Sell With Executive. This position is remote but candidate must be located in either Florida, South Georgia, Southern Alabama or Southern Mississippi as this is the territory for this role.

You'll make an impact by:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned accounts, territories, or verticals.
  • Lead complex negotiations to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and Channel Distributors.
  • Coach and mentor distributor teams to improve sales productivity, shorten sales cycles, and increase win rates
  • Helping distributors balance 'Hunter/Farmer' sales strategies.
  • Guiding distributors to identify key buyer personas and drive growth.
  • Advising on target markets, industries, and digital-social selling strategies.
  • Coaching on opportunity and pipeline management using Siemens CRM.
You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of direct sales/business development experience with a proven sales track record.
  • 5+ years of experience selling high-tech products - Factory Automation (PLC's HMI's IPC's, SCADA) Motion (Drives and Sematic Products) and Digital Connectivity Products (RFID, Power Supplies and Network Switches).
  • Experience building a qualified pipeline, identifying new opportunities, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Expertise in managing complex sales cycles and guiding extended teams to close deals.
  • Knowledge of Channel Sales and the indirect reseller model.
  • Experience selling to "C-level" executives in the SMB market.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

  • Ability to multitask managing multiple projects and campaigns
  • Experience dealing with cross functional, matrixed teams

  • The pay range for this position is $89,670 - $153,720 and the annual incentive target is 42-46% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
