The team delivers high quality staffing solutions that ensures proper alignment of resources to projects, optimizes utilization and supports career development for employees. Specifically, the Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the process-related functions within the Resource Management team, at the direction of the RM Operations Lead. They will document and implement RM processes, support communication and training efforts, assist with knowledge management and provide overall project management and operational support to the Resource Management function.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $80,000-$110,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $92,000-$126,5000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Document, maintain and organize policies, procedures and processes to support RM operations, including but not limited to project staffing, strategic workforce planning and internal mobility
- Develop and support execution of organizational change management plans to support new or updated process and technology changes
- Assist with the development and delivery of training sessions for RM employees
- Develop and manage project plans to completion for the RM function
- Develop internal meeting content and executive level status reporting using PowerPoint and Excel
- Collaborate with RM Technology & Data team on documentation of new processes, as needed
- Participate as an active member of the Resource Management Operations, Tech and Reporting team, identifying and deploying continual process improvement and standardization
- Any other duties required by the Resource Management Operations & Technology Leadership Team to support overall resource management functions
Qualifications:

- Huron requires a bachelor's degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of related experience, specifically in the areas of project management, process design and organizational change management, in a professional services organization or related industry
- Previous experience in resource management, HR, talent acquisition or staffing strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with business requirements development and documentation of standard operating procedures
- Demonstrated project management skills, attention to detail and ability to set up systems to easily recall important details
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to develop relationships of trust and confidence quickly and carefully at all levels across an organization
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel, utilizing intermediate to advanced functions
- Experience with Visio, SharePoint and Workday is preferred, but not required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think critically to problem-solve with creative and effective solutions
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and meet deadlines.
- Interest in working in a dynamic setting and flexibility to manage time sensitive priorities
- Central Time Zone Work hours are strongly preferred
