Position Overview
This position has advanced knowledge in the Workday system, and technology. This individual will be able to build low code/no code solutions within systems, support solutions and implementation, document system, solution, project and team functionality, processes, decisions, etc. This individual will also coordinate changes, liaise across IT and the business, and analyze relevant services and systems.

Responsibilities
35% - Daily Duties
Work independently with limited supervision managing projects and processes, as well as coach and review work from lower-level team members:
- Build Proficiently Manage Platform/Systems
- Implement Low Code/No Code Solutions
- Creating procedures to improve the existing systems by applying the appropriate changes or updates.
- Manage primary day to day unit functions of specialized technology (ex: new document type, User management, License management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups)
- Configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
- Create and Optimize Workflows & Dashboards
10% Support
- Tier 3 support for production systems.
- Support SDLC
- Proactively monitor applications, provide and advise on solution that prevent or minimize customer impact.
- User support
- System Reporting
15% Document
- Develop Functional Requirements
- Write technical requirements that detail the technical specifications and features of the solutions.
- Capture Business Process Workflow diagrams
- Document Work on approved project management software
- Create and manage knowledge base and deliver Technical Documentation
15% Coordinate
- Coordinate Releases / CRQ Owner
- Coordinate application upgrades
- Coordinate testing & deployment
- Manage user Training
- Monitor user adoption
- Communicate using Agile Methodologies with a functional team
15% Liaise
- Liaison to business partners & users
- Works closely with Vendors both for implementation projects and issue support
- Technical liaison to Software Engineers, systems engineers, Database Administrators, and other IT Teams.
10% Analyze
- Analyzing customer needs and develop functional requirements that specify what the technology solutions should do and how they should perform.
- Analyze current business processes and systems to identify their strengths and weaknesses.
- Identifying areas for improvement where technology can enhance efficiency, quality, or member satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Required Education
- Bachelor's Degree - Acceptable Fields of Study: Software Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Data Analysis, and Engineering.
- Additional four years of relevant experience can be considered in lieu of degree

- Proficient in the SECU organization, HR and Finance Industry, banking, and has a service minded work ethic.
- Proficient with specific product, platform, or system the solution uses.
- Shows interest in all of SECU IT to be well rounded and communicative.

- Must adhere to the work schedule and attendance policy established by the manager.
- Must be able to confidently interact with technical, non-technical, and management staff.

- Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and technical advancements.
- Must be able to speak English fluently.
- Must have strong analytical skills with high attention to detail. Serves as on-call responder for software the team supports.
