- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or Go).
- Deep understanding of CI/CD tools and practices.
- Strong knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi).
- Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc.).
- Experience with Git-based workflows and version control systems.
- Understanding of security, networking, and system architecture principles.
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers.
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Manage containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, etc.).
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
- Implement and enforce DevOps best practices, security standards, and compliance.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve software delivery cycles.
- Manage configuration and secrets using tools like Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or SSM.
- Own incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortems.
