Description:

Team leader on projects. Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of others on the development team. Designs architectures to include software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.

Identifies high level functional and technical requirements based on interactions with the user community and knowledge of the enterprise architecture. Researches, tests, build, and coordinate the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements. Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software. Evaluates effectiveness. Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms. Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements. Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management. Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools. Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. Duties also include instructing, directing and checking the work of other systems analysts and programming personnel. Responsible for quality assurance review and for directing and monitoring the work of team members.

Responsibilities:
- Customize modern SharePoint Online sites with responsive UI.
- Design user-friendly forms, permission structures, and page layouts.
- Support legacy migration and Nintex/Power Automate conversions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and JavaScript frameworks.

Certifications:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Application Developer or SharePoint Developer Associate - Preferred
- Section 508 Accessibility Training - Required
