Operations Manager & Accessories

Reports to: Head of Operations and CS

Role Overview

Looking for an Operations and Accessories Manager overseeing Straps and Accessories for our entire network and supporting the regional sales managers with processing orders.

Responsibilities

  • Support Regional Sales Manager with releasing sales orders, creating return authorizations, and transferring from boutiques
  • Straps and Accessories order management: order entry, processing, transferring, tracking of sales orders and updating various performance reports
  • Responsible for answering Strap and Accessories questions from the entire network (authorized retailers, boutiques and call center) and help them solve any issues (delays, pricing, client frustration) while offering excellent customer service
  • Follow up with consignment confirmations on a bi-yearly basis
  • Account creation using our Richemont internal tools
  • Testing of new systems and ad hoc projects


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience preferably in sales and operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Intermediate SAP experience
  • Full command of complete Microsoft Office with excellent Excel skills
  • Knowledge of merchandise process flows and retail math
  • Problem solver with analytical skills
  • Well organized, detailed oriented and proactive
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve customer complaints and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the luxury Watch or jewelry industry is a plus.

Expected Salary Range: $90K - $95K

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
