Essential Duties of the Analytics Practice Lead:
- Growing our data and analytics capability in the region-leading delivery, mentoring team members, and engaging directly with clients to solve complex problems.
- Lead the design and implementation of modern data strategies and platforms across client engagements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders-translating complex technical concepts into business value.
- Stay current on trends and best practices in data engineering, data governance, cloud platforms, and AI/ML enablement.
Qualifications of the Analytics Practice Lead:
- 12+ years of experience in data analytics/engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership or consulting role.
- Expertise in tools like Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, Power BI/Tableau, and other modern data stack components.
- Experience with a large consulting or professional services company.
- Strong track record of big data modernizations.
- Very strong soft skills.
Compensation for the Analytics Practice Lead:
- $180,000 - $220,000 (based on experience)
- Hybrid flexibility
