Product Line Engineering Manager

• Lead and manage daily operations of engineers, designers, and technicians across multiple product lines.
• Oversee all phases of design, development, and sustaining engineering activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Serving as a mentor and facilitator fosters cross-training, knowledge-sharing, and a collaborative team environment.
• Drive process improvements across engineering, test, manufacturing, and quality functions
• Manage internal and external specifications, customer documentation, and engineering change processes.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between engineering, operations, and customers
• Provide leadership in resource planning, budgeting, and workload prioritization.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• 5-7 years of experience in product design and development
• Proven project management and team leadership skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Due to export-controlled technology, this role is restricted to U.S. persons (citizens, permanent residents, or other protected individuals)
