About the Role:

In this role, you will be a key member of the Capital Planning Team and will partner extensively with colleagues across corporate and line of business functions compiling forecasts, performing maintenance over key parts of the program's infrastructure and facilitating maintenance of the macro-economic variables database. This position makes a material contribution to the capital management and stress testing program's activities and engages with associates at all levels of the company.

  • Assist the Finance Manager and colleagues with models forecasting company performance. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and manage inputs required from subject matter experts across the Bank.
  • Develop, maintain and monitor quantitative (models) and qualitative methodologies to measure and analyze performance.
  • Conduct special studies and collaborate with other departments in the preparation of financial or statistical forecasts. May participate in the development of company policies, practices and/or procedures.
  • Assist in the remediation of internal and regulatory recommendations related to portfolio of activities and in development of business requirements.
  • Develop reports and presentations for senior leadership providing insight into company performance and risk trends.
  • Provide training and consultation regarding management information systems to users.
  • Ensure that project output is useful, timely, and acceptable to meet needs and expectations for quality, project objectives, budget, and timeframes.
  • May assist in special projects requiring handling of highly confidential and sensitive material and information.

  • Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
  • May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or similar domain, required.
  • Master of Business Administration or similar graduate degrees, preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in an analytical role, required.
  • 2 years' experience in Financial Analysis, Credit Risk, CECL, Model or a similar domain, preferred.
  • FPAC, CPA, CFA or similar certifications, preferred.
  • Proficiency with personal computers and related software packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, financial reporting software and database management systems.
  • Intermediate level skills aggregating or summarizing data using one of the following required: Power Bi, SQL, MS Excel. Advanced level skills a plus.
  • Experience using Axiom EPM, Empyrean, Moody's Data Buffet and/or S&P Capital IQ Pro a plus.
  • Excellent project management, analytical and research skills with a demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception through completion.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as accomplish work assignments under minimal supervision and sometimes tight schedules.
  • Broad business knowledge and focus in order to apply perspective and judgment on business unit issues.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks successfully.
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize and evaluate opportunities for process improvement and implement creative solutions.
  • Ability to foster and cultivate effective working relationships and influence employees to support business goals and objectives.
  • Excellent ability to interpret financial results and business indicators to identify trends and opportunities and to understand the cause and effect of the environmental factors that impact the business and its financial results.
  • Effective team player.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, frequently interacting with senior management.
  • Occasional travel.

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $70,000.00 to 125,000.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
