We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Developer to support new development initiatives and maintain existing integrations in alignment with critical HR strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday integrations, a solid understanding of payroll data, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. You'll work closely with functional and technical teams across the organization to design, develop, and implement scalable integration solutions.

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Developer to support new development initiatives and maintain existing integrations in alignment with critical HR strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday integrations, a solid understanding of payroll data, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. You'll work closely with functional and technical teams across the organization to design, develop, and implement scalable integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations across the HR ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Workday implementation and enhancement projects.
- Debug, resolve, and document integration issues and production failures.
- Build scalable and maintainable solutions using Workday Studio and XSLT.
- Provide Level 3 production support, including timely incident resolution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for task management.
- Ensure proper documentation of change requests and secure necessary approvals.
- Identify and communicate risks or potential issues with upstream and downstream systems.
- Stay current with Workday capabilities and integration best practices.
- Be open to upskilling and learning new technologies as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience.
- Proficient in Workday Studio, XSLT (2.0/3.0), SOAP/REST APIs, and Core Connectors (PECI/WECI/PICOF).
- Strong knowledge of US and global payroll processes and data.
- Experience with ITSM tools (preferably ServiceNow).
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team collaboration and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Understanding of ITIL processes, especially incident and service operations.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions within finance domains.
- Experience in ServiceNow development.
