Position Summary:
We are a full service accounting, tax and advisory practice based in Encino seeking an experienced professional to assist with our billings, accounts receivable, posting daily, deposits, running accounts receivable and other billing related reports, tax return processing and other administrative tasks. We are looking for a candidate with 5-7+ years of direct experience with all outlined duties in a mid-to-large CPA firm. We require at least a part-time presence in the office, 2-3 days a week.

Primary Responsibilities
- Assemble tax returns, which involves downloading tax documents by way of DocuSign or SafeSend and Lacerte, editing and electronically filing. All functions involving multiple software systems
- Scanning and electronic filing of tax returns and supporting documents
- Prepare and mail tax organizers for tax season
- Assemble and mail client tax return copies
- Respond and assist with tax team's requests
- Enter daily deposits and accounts receivable and billing adjustments, ensuring accurate reconciliation and documentation
- Handle client billing, including mailing and emailing invoices and tracking payments.
Ideal Candidate Profile - "Our Casting Call!"
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years' experience as a tax administrative professional in a CPA firm
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience in a paperless office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lacerte, SQL, CCH Workstream, and SafeSend experience preferred

Compensation Range:
$115k - $130K
