What are we looking for?

SentinelOne is looking for a high-performing Commercial Field Account Executive to drive growth across our rapidly expanding customer base. In this role, you'll be responsible for selling SentinelOne's cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions to mid-sized and emerging enterprise organizations. You'll own the full sales cycle-from prospecting to close-while developing strong relationships with customers and working collaboratively with internal teams, including Sales Engineering, Channel, and Customer Success. We are seeking a results-driven, self-starter with a hunter mentality and a passion for solving complex security challenges. What will you do?
  • Own and drive full sales cycles within a defined territory-prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Build and execute a territory plan focused on acquiring new logos and expanding within existing accounts.
  • Partner with Sales Engineers to deliver compelling demos and technical validations.
  • Engage and enable channel partners to scale pipeline and accelerate sales velocity.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Stay current on cybersecurity trends, competitive landscape, and SentinelOne's evolving product portfolio.
  • Represent SentinelOne at industry events, conferences, and field marketing initiatives within the region.


What skills and experience should you bring?
  • 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle field sales role, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong prospecting skills with the ability to develop net-new business.
  • Experience managing 30-90+ day sales cycles with mid-market and commercial customers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and in collaboration with virtual teams.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies is a plus.
  • Proficient with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

This U.S. role has a base pay range plus commissions that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some locations, a different pay range may apply. If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting process. You can also reach out to the recruiter with any questions.

Base Salary Range

$72,000-$99,000 USD
