Description:

Are you a strategic leader with a talent for managing complex projects and people with precision? NVE Inc. is hiring a results-driven Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations supporting our General Services Administration (GSA). This position is currently hybrid, with the majority of the week spent working remotely and some on-site, though this arrangement may change at the direction of the Government. As a Program Manager, you'll take the lead on ensuring our lease administration services run smoothly, deadlines are met, and our exceptional standards are upheld across a multi-functional, high-performing team.

As the Program Manager, you'll serve as the central hub for coordinating efforts between NVE headquarters, our GSA client, and our team of Program Analysts and Team Leads. Your leadership will ensure that each team member is supported, trained, and delivering quality results that exceed client expectations. You'll analyze data, monitor workloads, and provide proactive solutions to issues before they escalate-all while tracking deliverables and ensuring compliance with government regulations.

We're looking for a Program Manager who is as comfortable with high-level strategic planning as they are jumping into the details when needed. You'll be responsible for quality control, process updates, SOP creation, personnel management, and performance evaluations. You'll also play a crucial role in recruitment, retention, and morale-building, recommending recognition and developing initiatives that keep our culture strong and our team thriving.

A successful Program Manager at NVE brings not just technical knowledge, but the ability to inspire, coach, and adapt. You'll learn the duties of our analysts so you can lead with credibility and offer real-time support.

This Program Manager role requires someone with at least seven years of experience, including four years managing teams, tasks, or projects. A BA/BS is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered. You must be able to handle multiple responsibilities with grace, communicate clearly, and lead decisively. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are a must, as is proficiency with Google Workspace.

NVE, Inc. values integrity, excellence, and innovation. As our new Program Manager, you'll help uphold these values while supporting federal lease operations that make a tangible difference. You'll have the autonomy to drive improvements and the support of a company that invests in its people. If you're ready to make an impact while leading a team that truly values your expertise, apply now to become our next Program Manager.
