The Role
Our Consulting group is looking for a highly experienced Senior Consulting Manager with 15 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will a have a strong background in Supply Network Planning NSP, Product Management and Market Research. Experience in the Telecom domain is a plus. This role involves a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements.
We're looking for Senior Consulting Managers who can deliver within Cognizant's Five Pillars of Consulting: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As a consultant, this means creating high-quality client deliverables and taking ownership (with supervision) of producing client content and meeting client expectations; developing an expertise in your functional area, including obtaining certifications; contributing to Client Satisfaction and/or RFPs; supporting leadership and contributing to content development for service offerings; and participating in PeopleCare initiatives and always exhibiting personal leadership. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of supply network planning strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee product management processes to ensure alignment with market demands and company objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on thorough market research to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply network planning and product management initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all supply network planning and product management activities.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in supply network planning and product management.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management on project progress and outcomes.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Manage project budgets and resources to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in SNP
- Supply Network Planning and NSP
- Product Management.
- Demonstrate strong market research skills with the ability to derive actionable insights.
- Have a background in the Telecom domain which is highly desirable.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Show proficiency in using advanced analytical tools and techniques.
- Display strong leadership and team management skills.
- Possess excellent communication and presentation abilities.
