Pay Range: $107,270.00 - $143,026.66

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee all operational aspects of multiple aggregate production facilities to ensure efficiency and safety. 3 sand & gravel sites, multiple depots, trucking & river logistics.
• Implement and monitor operational strategies to meet production goals & product balance.
• Manage and develop team members to enhance performance and growth.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with H&S, QC, environmental, & sales teams to optimize processes and resource utilization.

What Are We Looking For

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies.
• Knowledge of Aggregate KPI's, mining, & production methods. Preference of at least 3 years managing aggregate operations or other relevant operations.
• Competency in managing a P&L & creating budget & forecasts.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance. MSHA experience preferred.
