STV is seeking a Project Officer Associate to join our PM/CM group in New York City.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in school construction projects across the city. Reporting to a Project Officer or Senior Project Officer, the associate will support various technical and administrative tasks that are essential to project execution and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review documents submitted for City-required building and other permits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist applicants through the filing process with various City agencies.
- Deliver documentation to city agencies for data entry, review, and approval.
- Coordinate with Plan Examiners to ensure compliance with City Building Code.
- Conduct research on existing building statuses via city records and databases.
- Perform related duties as assigned in support of project and department goals.
Qualifications:
- A 4-year degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfort with digital documentation and permit systems.
