Are you a strategic and results-oriented Total Rewards leader with a passion for creating impactful employee experiences in a global environment? As the Director, Global Rewards & People Operations, you will spearhead our global employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring they are competitive, fiscally responsible, and aligned with our organizational values. You will leverage your deep expertise in benefits, pay-for-performance, and HR operations to design, implement, and continuously improve our employee offerings worldwide. This pivotal role also oversees global employee data, reporting, and people operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, you will collaborate cross-functionally to drive a unified and effective global people strategy. Working Conditions:
The salary range for this role is $120K to $140K a year and a yearly bonus potential. This range is applicable for jobs performed in the Eastern and Central Time Zones. An employee's pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, and business organizational needs.

What you will do:
Global Rewards Strategy & Design:
- Develop and drive a long-term global total rewards strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Design and manage global compensation programs, ensuring pay-for-performance and market competitiveness.
- Maintain the global job and compensation architecture.
- Facilitate the global salary and bonus cycle.
Program Management & Enhancement:
- Ensure compensation and benefits programs meet the diverse needs of our global workforce.
- Enhance employee health, wellness, and recognition programs.
- Oversee vendor selection and management for benefits programs.
Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure global compliance with relevant regulations (ACA, HIPAA, ERISA, etc.).
- Establish governance frameworks for global benefits programs.
- Lead audits and stay updated on regulatory changes.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and assess benefits program performance for continuous improvement and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with Finance on benefits utilization and financial impact.
Communication & Change Leadership:
- Develop communication strategies for global benefits programs.
- Lead change management efforts for new or evolving benefits programs.
Global HR Operations & Data Management:
- Oversee the management of global HR operations for consistency and efficiency.
- Ensure accurate and secure management of global employee data and compliance.
- Collaborate on HR information systems to support global HR operations.
What you bring:
Extensive Global Rewards & HR Experience:
- 10+ years in total rewards design and administration (compensation & benefits).
- 5+ years in HR within a small to mid-sized global company.
- 5+ years of team management experience.
- Proven success in project and change management.
Deep Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of global compensation and benefits principles.
- Expertise in regulatory requirements (ACA, HIPAA, ERISA, etc.).
- Skilled in designing and implementing pay-for-performance programs.
- Knowledge of global HRIS and employee data management practices.
- Broad understanding of employment laws and risk mitigation.
Leadership & Interpersonal Abilities:
- Highly organized and self-directed.
- Excellent communication (oral & written), influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Effective consultative and presentation skills for all leadership levels.
- Ability to manage conflict and diverse perspectives.
Education & Credentials:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Professional certifications (CEBS, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) are a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Ability to work alternative hours to meet, consult, and advise staff in multiple time zones.
- This position follows a hybrid or remote work structure, working some days from the office and some remotely. Guidance will be shared during the interview process.
