Job Summary:
The Senior Transformation Principal will play a critical system-level role in leading the multi-year Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business transformation initiative for Froedtert ThedaCare Health. Serving as the implementation lead, this individual will guide the design and execution of a unified future-state that strengthens operational performance, enhances patient and team member experience, and supports long-term system integration. In this highly visible role, the Senior Transformation Principal will be accountable for aligning executive leaders, solution and consulting partners, and cross-functional teams to drive complex technical and operational workstreams forward. Success will require strategic thinking, disciplined execution, and the ability to connect enterprise priorities to on-the-ground change. As part of the Transformation and Integration Office, this role is instrumental in advancing integration efforts that create lasting value across the system-for patients, communities, team members, and partners.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in management, project delivery, or customer relationship management. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience managing programs or portfolios related to the designated platform within the Transformation Office is required. Experience in customer-facing role (internal or external) is required. A minimum of 15 years of experience in management, project delivery, or account sales/service. Experience with organizational change is highly preferred. Previous experience with large scale enterprise-wide strategic initiatives is preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Bachelor's degree is required. Post-baccalaureate degree is preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
Demonstrated proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access), Microsoft Visio, and related software packages to analyze data and report on/present conclusions while maximizing the benefits of technology to complete the job. Writing, analytical and leadership skills, as well as ability to present detailed information in large group and executive level settings. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work with leaders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership. Meeting facilitation, ability to partner with leaders at all organizational levels, stakeholder management, data visualization, Lean/process improvement facilitation, change management
