We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our busy Endoscopy unit at Gastroenterology South in Tualatin. You will work with exceptional physicians who value their team and working together to help our patients get the best possible care.

Our busy practice performs a high volume of procedures on a daily basis, and we are searching for a dependable team player who can multitask and provide high quality patient care in a busy outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have prior acute care/recovery experience, head-to-toe assessment skills, basic EKG knowledge, and IV placement skills.

Primary duties include admitting patients, monitoring patients' recovering, assisting physicians in procedures, and making pre- and post-operative calls.

Workdays will be Monday-Friday (40 hours a week) following a 4/10s schedule.

Starting pay range, based on experience:

  • Level I: $43.78-$59.24 per hour.
  • Level II: $48.16 - $65.16 per hour.


Placement within levels based on specialty group, experience, and additional duties. New employees typically begin at level one and are assessed for moving up levels based on skills and additional duties within their role. Timelines for progression vary based on individual skill sets and performance in the clinic.

Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.

Qualifications:

  • Current Oregon State licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • Prior experience in an acute care/recovery setting is preferred.
  • Current CPR/BLS within 60 days of hire. ACLS may be required by specialty.
  • Prior EMR experience is preferred; EPIC experience is a plus!
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, staff, and providers.
  • Strong commitment to patient care and privacy guidelines.
