We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Leader to drive our marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in maximizing demand generation, increasing pipeline revenue, and enhancing brand visibility.
Position Location
The position is hybrid 2 days a week in office, and ideal candidate should be within reasonable driving distance to Brea, CA Corporate Office.

The starting base salary for this Brea, CA position is expected to be between $ 113,407.58 to $141,759.47 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.

Job Responsibilities
- Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
Develop and execute strategies to drive demand generation and increase pipeline revenue. Own the Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) target and ensure a steady flow of Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) to support sales objectives. - Brand Strategy
Oversee HdL's brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency and resonance across all channels and audiences. - Public Relations & Thought Leadership
Manage public relations efforts to enhance brand visibility and establish HdL as a thought leader in the GovTech space. - Partner & Channel Marketing
Develop and maintain co-marketing initiatives with partners to expand market reach and drive collaborative success. - Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a marketing team consisting of a BDR, Event Marketing Specialist, and Content Marketing Specialist. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture. - Campaign Management
Plan and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and optimal ROI.
Skills and Competencies
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and metrics to guide marketing strategy and decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and time management skills with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years in marketing roles with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity, preferably within the GovTech or B2G sectors.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing demand generation strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with government and public sector audiences.
- Experience in digital marketing and campaign analytics.
- Marketing certifications (e.g., salesforce, Google Analytics, Pardot) are a plus.
