User Experience Designer Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $65-$75/hr
- Worksite: Leading professional development and networking company (Mountain View, CA - Hybrid - Must be onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment
User Experience Designer Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale, and the specifics of the user-centered design process.
- Create holistic design solutions that address business, brand, and user requirements.
- Work with web developers and engineers to deliver final products.
User Experience Designer Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web, or agency).
- BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction, or related field.
- Portfolio, website, or other samples of work.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (including user research, product management, and engineering).
- Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
- Solid understanding of user-centered and web design principles as well as current web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
- Ability to present cohesive design approaches to a non-design audience (including business, product, and technology teams).
- Ability to create information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and screen flows.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines with little supervision.
- Ability to grasp multiple product requirements with careful attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- React experience is highly preferred.
- Data visualization skills, particularly with graphing libraries.
- Experience with commercial products, especially customer-facing units like CRM.
