Position Summary:
Establish Care Options for Kids as the provider of choice for clients, caregivers, and referral sources in your Region by managing staff to provide excellent customer service, coordinating client services, and forging strong client and caregiver relationships.
Reports To: Business Operations Regional Vice President
Education and Experience Job Qualifications:
Preferred Masters degree in business, health care administration, or related field, or a minimum five years of relevant professional experience.
Intermediate competency with computers and other technology that are utilized to conduct job functions including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
Ability to think independently and be solution oriented
Other Requirements:
Proven ability to work independently.
Ability to organize and facilitate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Must be able to solve complex problems and work effectively under time pressure and/or deadlines.
Must possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Ability for light to moderate physical exertion regularly, such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, stopping, kneeling, and reaching.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, such as books, papers, files, medical office supplies, often. Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time in the work area.
Ability to look at, and work on, a computer for long periods of time.
Ability to work on site, in a designated office, during business hours from 8:00am-4:30pm with one unpaid 30- minute break.
Ability to transport oneself to and from multiple work sites several times a week.
Ability to make and answer phone calls for long periods of time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the strategic interface with assigned business units or functional areas for the purpose of strategic business development, solution discovery, customer service management, risk mitigation, and relationship management.
Provide highly valued strategic consulting level support and guidance to achieve measurable outcomes and objectives.
Helps establish and administer the regions goals and budget.
Partner with executive leadership and other key stakeholders to define opportunities and identify and prioritize demand based on agreed upon criteria (e.g., strategic alignment, return on investment, productivity, compliance).
Monitor business performance and ensure financial stability by putting plans in place for deficient business units.
Presents periodic performance reports and metrics to the Executive Leadership Team
Collaborate and continually share knowledge of business risks and opportunities to build competitive advantage and improve efficiency and effectiveness of business units.
Monitor the quality and appropriateness of all services provided by your staff to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.
Establishes, communicates, and implements operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measure to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.
Conflict and complaint management and resolution. Works with local Business Operations Director to help resolve patient and employee relation matters timely.
Ensure adherence to and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, accreditation standards and policies and procedures of the organization.
Foster a no blame culture that encourages reporting of safety and quality services issues. Conduct market research including competitive and demographic analyses.
Monitor accounts receivable in conjunction with corporate billing department to minimize write-offs.
Be available during office hours for Medicaid survey and after hours for emergent issues that arise.
Submit all requested reports, action plans, etc. timely to management as requested.
Assist with administrative duties such as answering phones, ordering supplies, etc. as needed.
Oversee Plans of Action, Plans of Correction or Quality Improvement activities as needed.

Perform all job responsibilities with a friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
