Job Summary:
The primary role of the Registered Nurse is to monitor patients, implement treatments, develop patient care plans for long term needs, administer medications, follow up with families and provide the highest quality of care to all patients while staying in compliance with current federal, state, guidelines, and company's regulations.

Qualifications:
- Strong communication, excellent customer service, teamwork and organizational skills.
- 1-3 years of nursing experience in a SNF, LTC or Hospital preferred but not required.
- Nursing Degree or a graduate of an approved RN Program.
- Current active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of California.
- Experience in a subacute unit with Trachs and Vents
