Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of software development experience in a full stack .NET environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / C#.
- Proficient with Angular (version 13 or later) and front-end development.
- Strong database experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and microservices.
- Experience working in financial services or banking is highly preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Understanding of secure coding practices and regulatory requirements in finance
