Systems Analyst - Hybrid

Job Description:
As a Systems Analyst, you will support the client's Microsoft 365 (M365) implementation by monitoring, analyzing, and improving the M365 environment within the GCC environment. You will collaborate with internal teams and Microsoft representatives to ensure product updates align with client policies, standards, and licensing, and will prepare technical documentation for various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor changes and updates to Microsoft 365 products within the Government Community Cloud (GCC) environment
• Analyze the potential impact of M365 product updates on the enterprise tenant
• Recommend configuration settings that align with client policies and licensing agreements
• Prepare clear and concise technical documentation for stakeholders and end users
• Participate in working sessions with the internal M365 product team and Microsoft representatives
• Evaluate the implementation and usage of tools such as SharePoint Online, Teams, Planner, OneDrive, and Viva Engage
• Identify risks or issues stemming from new M365 features or product changes
• Assist in configuring M365 settings to support business requirements and maintain compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support adoption and usage of M365 applications
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on M365 best practices within a government context

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• 3-5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration and configuration in a GCC environment
• 3-5+ years of experience creating technical documentation for both internal and external stakeholders
• Proven ability to investigate and assess the enterprise impact of M365 product changes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in collaborative settings
• Experience creating and managing content in SharePoint and Teams
• Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with M365 tools including Forms, Loop, Outlook, and Viva Engage
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree required

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
