- Develop and implement marketing strategies for the U.S. market, ensuring alignment with global brand standards and market needs.
- Lead marketing campaigns from planning and creative development through execution and analysis.
- Collaborate with the Korean headquarters to ensure that U.S. marketing materials are aligned with global product information and messaging.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, advertisements, and event materials.
- Manage multi-channel marketing efforts (digital, traditional media, direct marketing, events, etc.) to engage various target audiences effectively.
- Support Product Management & Lifecycle Reporting (PMLR) by ensuring that marketing strategies are aligned with each phase of the product lifecycle, from launch through maturity.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, industry media, and partners, and represent the brand at industry events.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure marketing strategies remain relevant and impactful.
- Lead and mentor the U.S. marketing team, ensuring that initiatives align with overall company goals and values.
QUALIFICATION:
- 15+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within the dental, medical device, or healthcare industries.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle marketing campaigns, from concept to execution and performance analysis.
- Strong experience in Product Management & Lifecycle Reporting (PMLR), ensuring that product messaging and marketing are well-aligned throughout the product lifecycle.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
- A strategic mindset, capable of balancing both short-term goals and long-term brand growth.
- Fluent in both Korean and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) with strong reporting and presentation capabilities.
- Willingness to travel for industry events, trade shows, and other engagements as needed.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related fields preferred.
