SALARY: $100,000 - $137,500, bonus and long - term incentive eligible

The Brewery Tech Engineer at the Fairfield Brewery will manage IT/OT issues impacting personnel and processes across all departments. Responsibilities include handling IT/OT requests, troubleshooting and repairing systems, and developing training for process engineers and technicians.

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Brewery Tech Engineer at the Fairfield Brewery will manage IT/OT issues impacting personnel and processes across all departments. Responsibilities include handling IT/OT requests, troubleshooting and repairing systems, and developing training for process engineers and technicians.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide solutions for IT/OT issues impacting personnel and processes across brewery departments.
- Manage the IT/OT backlog and available resources to ensure requests are responded to timely and effectively.
- Troubleshoot and repair systems, including Thin Clients, Software, Hardware, Printers, HMI/SCADA, phone systems, etc.
- Provide off-hours "on call" support for critical failures.
- Develop training materials and standards for upskilling process engineers and technicians.
- Engage in root cause analysis and troubleshooting of significant issues.
- Standardize and centralize IT troubleshooting and process documentation.
- Collaborate with North America and Global support teams.
- Facilitate routine audits of IT Preventative Maintenance tasks.
- Develop, document, and implement process improvement and new technology initiatives.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, MIS, or IT management.
- Must be willing to travel up to 25% and demonstrate adaptability to necessary changes.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support, engineering, or manufacturing essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Platform mandatory
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and workload independently
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities, results-oriented, and customer-focused
- Ability to leverage data for process improvements from applicable systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, IT infrastructure, relational databases, and software monitoring
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in managing production processes is beneficial
- Thorough understanding of network topologies, Cisco switches/routers, and Cisco Wireless Access Points
- Preferred experience with Windows Server OS (2003+), Azure, Windows Desktop (7+), Active Directory, and SCCM
