Overview:
Burrow Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil/Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Deer Park, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing civil and structural engineering projects with a focus on concrete design and construction. You will work across diverse sectors, including EPC and oil and gas projects, to deliver innovative and safe solutions that meet industry standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of civil and structural engineering designs, with a specialized focus on concrete structures, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, industry standards, and project specifications.
• Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, from conceptual design through construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership, including conducting design calculations, structural analysis, and offering construction support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their project needs, address technical challenges, and ensure alignment with project goals and requirements.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including procurement, construction, and other engineering disciplines, to ensure seamless integration of civil and structural designs into overall project deliverables.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and support in project design reviews and quality assurance processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with a significant focus on concrete design, particularly in EPC and oil and gas sectors.
• Strong proficiency with engineering design software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, and other relevant tools.
• Extensive knowledge of industry codes and standards, including ACI, AISC, IBC, ASCE, and other applicable standards for concrete and structural design.
• Proven experience in managing multiple, complex projects and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
