Description:

SAS is seeking a dynamic senior leader to as the Head of Direct to Consumer Revenue and lead all DTC business including eCommerce (both domestic and international) and traditional retail stores. As a key member of the revenue senior leadership team, this role will set the vision and roadmap to achieve significant growth in SAS' direct to consumer business. You will set revenue targets, rethink key systems and processes, elevate analysis, reporting and forecasting while hiring and developing top tier talents to achieve our objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a builder to leave their mark on an established consumer business.

Responsibilities:
  • Set vision and roadmap for DTC growth including setting revenue targets, paid growth strategy, and digital product development to support revenue targets
  • Manage eCommerce (domestic and international) and traditional retail store teams to achieve goals.
  • Develop a thoughtful POV on organizational development with input from the Human Resource team.
  • Manage the DTC P&L working closely with accounting to ensure sales and profitability targets are on track to plan
  • Innovate - create and implement new ways to drive business and create deeper connections with SAS customers
  • Thoughtfully develop a plan for international DTC expansion.


Requirements:
  • 8+ years experience of leadership in a DTC focused consumer brand
  • Experience in building integrated experience across eCommerce and traditional retail stores
  • Strong people leader with a demonstrated ability to build high performance teams, hire strong talent, and foster a positive team culture
  • Previous P&L responsibility, sharp analytical skills and ability to dive into numbers quickly and read the store being told
  • Keen understanding of success drivers in both eCommerce and traditional retail stores
  • Ability to think creatively and use partnerships effectively for both short term revenue goals as well as long term strategic targets
  • Inspiring leadership skills with the ability to drive cross functional initiatives to success and motivate teams to contribute their best work
  • Strong communicator who can use data to tell a compelling store to diverse audiences

Enthusiasm to build and continually improve systems and processes in an established structure
