Your Team
As a Vice President, Chief Product Owner End User Experience you will report to the Chief Technology Officer and partner with product owners, tech leads, engineers, and delivery professionals to build, deliver, and continuously improve Prudential's technology capabilities supporting the global end user experience, including employees and customers. You will be a thought leader, working to define the technology strategy and roadmap supporting this critical initiative while ensuring continuous delivery of technology solutions as the day-to-day technology leader accountable for this initiative. This will require close collaboration with the Global Technology organization as well as the CIOs supporting Prudential's business units. We're looking for an inspirational technical leader excited about the prospect of using technology to transform the experience of employees and customers.

Here is What You Can Expect on a Typical Day
- Provide dedicated technology leadership in critical end-user domains such as:
- End User Device Lifecycle and Management
- End User Collaboration Tooling
- End User Conferencing Technology
- End User Support Automation
- Operational Incident Management
- Define the technology vision, success criteria, and high-level roadmap for the products supporting the end user experience.
- Adopt an automation-first approach to minimize manual operations across the organization and embrace modern software engineering practices.
- Establish observability throughout the end user product suite, focusing on proactive issue identification and resolution
- Continuously track and improve the Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) for incidents impacting both internal and external users by implementing a thorough root cause analysis process and facilitating corrective action resolution
- Partner with Prudential's architecture team to implement and refine reference architecture and solution architecture patterns for the products in your portfolio.
- Lead the technology resources to deliver the products in your portfolio, managing dependencies and working in close connection with stakeholders and partners.
- Creates and oversees the implementation of guidelines, best practices, and standards for technology solutions, maintaining alignment with Enterprise standards and guidelines.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the technology teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
- Nurture and help define a culture of inclusion, intense curiosity, teamwork, and continuous learning.
- Understand industry trends and innovation potential to anticipate customer needs or business opportunities.
- Communicate clearly and frequently with stakeholder groups.
The Skills & Expertise You Bring
- Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience in related fields.
- 10+ years of experience leading large technology teams.
- Technical leadership experience with large scale strategic initiatives, $50M+
- Progressive, relevant experience in leading solution architecture, software development, and engineering teams to deliver technology solutions with global scale.
- Experience leading teams through reduction or elimination of click operations through automation
- Experience with M365 or similar collaboration suite
- Experience with automation of end-to-end device lifecycle management
- Experience with observability, and ability to build and promote proactive vs. reactive software engineering
- Strong, demonstrated stakeholder, communication and change management skills.
- Lead and effectively leverage diverse ideas, experiences, thoughts, and perspectives to the benefit of the organization.
- Ability to challenge teams and deeply assess root causes
- Demonstrated experience building and developing high performing technology product teams.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Belief in a non-hierarchal structure of collaboration, transparency, and trust.
- Expert knowledge of business concepts, tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business.
- Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges.
