Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $129,900 and $210,100. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.

We're hiring a Program Manager to help drive alignment and efficiency across technical, cross-functional initiatives. You'll play a key role in organizing, tracking, and supporting work that touches research, engineering, and product teams across the globe.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute complex projects across multiple teams and time zones
- Manage schedules, milestones, and dependencies using tools like Jira and Confluence
- Partner with AI/ML engineers and researchers to bring models through testing and deployment gates (e.g., regression, load testing)
- Support system-level software planning and capture requirements with clarity and precision
- Create compelling documentation, diagrams, and presentations to communicate progress, risks, and solutions
- Own content and knowledge management-ensuring SOPs, project files, and resources are up to date and accessible
- Lead process improvements that enhance team workflows and reduce friction
- Foster collaboration across research, product, and engineering teams-keeping everyone aligned, informed, and inspired
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field
- Deep familiarity with project tools like Jira, Slack, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and Miro
- Experience with digital infrastructure, AI/ML model deployment, or software development life cycles
- Clear, concise communicator-able to simplify complexity for a variety of audiences
- Organized and detail-driven with a track record of managing multiple streams of work
- A flexible mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities
- A strong sense of ownership and the initiative to lead without needing all the answers up front
