RieLes Group, we are seeking Board-Certified (BC) or Board-Eligible (BE) Internal Medicine (IM) and Family Practice (FP) physicians to provide on-site Primary Care Physician Services for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The North Bend VA Clinic, located at 2191 Marion Street, North Bend, OR 97459, is part of the Roseburg VA Health Care System. It provides outpatient healthcare services to veterans in the region. The clinic is classified as a 3-Low Complexity facility, meaning it offers essential healthcare services but does not provide highly specialized or complex treatments. The clinic has adopted at least one healthcare innovation to improve care for veterans, focusing on areas such as access to care, continuity of care, and outpatient services

VA Primary Care refers to healthcare services provided by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for eligible veterans. These services focus on preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic and acute medical conditions. VA primary care aims to offer comprehensive, patient-centered care to veterans through VA medical centers, community-based outpatient clinics (CBOCs), and telehealth services.

Onsite Primary Care Physician Service
This refers to a physician-based primary care service available at a specific location (such as a VA medical facility, nursing home, or workplace). An onsite primary care physician provides routine check-ups, chronic disease management, urgent care, and preventive services directly at the facility, eliminating the need for patients to visit external clinics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality primary care to VA beneficiaries
  • Diagnose, manage, and treat acute and chronic conditions
  • Follow American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) guidelines

Qualifications:
  • BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
  • Active/Eligible for state medical licensure
  • Experience with VA healthcare services is a plus
