Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent, with a minimum of 15 years of industry experience.
At least 8 years' experience working with Salesforce platforms, including a minimum of 5 years in a Program lead role.
5+ Years working in the Salesforce ecosystem, preferably in the Salesforce partner ecosystem
5+ years of Agile (or Agile/Waterfall Hybrid) experience as a project or program leader
8+ years of experience working for a professional services or consulting firm delivering projects to external customers
Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant and Architecture related certifications are strongly preferred.
Create & manage a Workforce Breakdown Structure (WBS) & resource planning /schedules
Monitor weekly/hourly project burn, track all utilization, update and manage accurate utilization, and manage capacity to keep team efficiently staffed
In-depth knowledge of Salesforces capabilities and integration capabilities.
Strong leadership skills, with proven experience leading and managing a team.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead a team of technical resources, nurturing their technical and professional growth.
Develop and execute program plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
Manage program budgets and track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact program delivery
Identify areas for improvement in program management processes and methodologies.
Ensure system quality, performance, and reliability, and actively contribute to the planning and execution of system testing.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including product, engineering, and business teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Salary Range: $200,000-$230,000 a year
