The Role

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to support the Chief of Staff of the Chief Technology Officer organization at Schonfeld. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who is highly organized and self-motivated, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and who can manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

This person will work closely with the Chief of Staff to analyze and document organizational workflows and processes and will support new process and workflow implementation across the CTO organization. In addition to process and workflow support, this person will be responsible for the organization and management of department data, which they will be required to analyze and use to produce data visualizations and/or presentation materials.

Other responsibilities will include support for cross-department communications, expense tracking, and ad-hoc project support.

What you need:
  • 2-4 years of administrative and/or project management experience
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple streams of information and tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analytics

We'd love if you had:
  • Familiarity with Power BI
  • Experience with Atlassian ecosystem (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Trello)
  • Project management experience across a variety of stakeholders
  • Interest in the financial industry

The base pay for this role is expected to be between $125,000 and $150,000. The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance bonus and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
