Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relations Expert: Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, presenting budget proposals to owners and architects with finesse.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Lead project management teams, fostering effective relationships with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, aligning with our core values.
  • Technical Excellence: Perform accurate quantity takeoffs using company format, detail and coding for all CSI division systems for all levels of project documents (schematic, design development and construction documents), and ensure the development of precise unit costs.
  • Innovative Solutions: Develop and analyze value management options, perform technical/plan reviews, and proactively identify and solve construction-related challenges.
  • Post-Contract Management: Cost reconciliation, Variations Management, Interim Valuations, Subcontract Oversight, negotiations, meticulous planning.


Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or equivalent work experience, with 10+ years of preconstruction and/or operations experience on construction projects.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with civil/site construction, foundation and structural systems, interior finishes, exterior wall systems, and/or mechanical/electrical systems.
  • Management Skills: Strong organizational and personnel management skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Tech Proficiency: Adept at using estimating software (e.g., MC2), word processing, spreadsheets, bid management tools, and relevant Microsoft products.
