Our Money Out team focuses on delivering solutions that streamline billpay and expense management. We are looking for a Strategy & Biz Ops Principal to support thismission and drive growth in our Money Out business.This position requires strong strategic problem solving and communication skills, the ability to influenceand develop productive partnerships at all levels of the organization, and a strong understanding ofIntuit's mission and values. This is a role with broad exposure to many senior leaders.You will report to the Head of Strategy & Biz Ops for the Money portfolio and work closely withcross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Data Analytics, Finance, Partnerships, andBusiness Development to solve our customers' problems and accelerate growth.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Mountain View, CA $197,500 - $267,000

San Diego, CA $190,500 - $257,500 This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at ).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Responsibilities
Strategy development: Develop and implement a long-term strategy for our Money Outbusiness, encompassing bill pay and expense management. Operational oversight: Monitor and improve key performance metrics for the Money Outbusiness, leveraging data analytics to drive performance and reliability. Uncover opportunity: Dive deep into the performance drivers to uncover opportunities toaccelerate growth. Cross-functional leadership: Partner with various teams to evaluate and enhance our serviceoffering, focusing on customer experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Process optimization: Identify opportunities for workflow automation and innovative solutionsto optimize new and existing processes. Project leadership: Spearhead internal projects to expand and refine our Money Outcapabilities. Stakeholder communication: Serve as the conduit between the Money Out business andother GBSG & Intuit businesses, ensuring alignment on priorities, progress, and challenges. Team mentorship: Mentor and develop a high-performing cross-functional team, instilling aculture of analytic rigor across the Money Out org.
