To expand and strengthen this critical capability, we are seeking a Director of OEM Program Management, a seasoned leader with a strong technical background and a track record of building high-performing teams, driving design wins, and enabling success across a diverse ecosystem of partners.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Director of OEM Program Management, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for coordinating cross-functional efforts across program management, marketing, sales, hardware and software engineering, validation, manufacturing, technical support, and finance. Your goal will be to ensure successful adoption, qualification, launch, and ongoing support of our networking products within our partner ecosystem.

Location: Cornelis Networks prefers key staff to be located at its Wayne, PA headquarters, or in New England (e.g., Boston area), Austin TX, or the California bay area (e.g., San Jose, Santa Clara), but fully supports remote employees who are able to travel to partner and customer locations and our offices periodically for in-person collaboration.

At Cornelis Networks your base salary is only one component of your comprehensive total rewards package. Your base pay will be determined by factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and location relative to the hiring range for the position. Depending on your role, you may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, including an annual bonus or sales incentives.

As the Director of OEM Program Management, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for coordinating cross-functional efforts across program management, marketing, sales, hardware and software engineering, validation, manufacturing, technical support, and finance. Your goal will be to ensure successful adoption, qualification, launch, and ongoing support of our networking products within our partner ecosystem.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading cross-functional initiatives to support partner integration and product enablement.
- Managing relationships with OEM and ecosystem partners to track and approve requirements, align development efforts, and coordinate pre-release product delivery and benchmarking support.
- Overseeing product qualification, launch activities, and initial end-user deployment coordination.
- Supporting sustaining engineering activities post-launch.
- Ensuring internal resources and timelines align with partner and customer expectations.
- Providing regular updates to senior management and effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
- Meeting delivery, financial, and customer satisfaction targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Artificial Intelligence, High Performance Computing (HPC), and/or Data Analytics environments.
- Background in networking, hardware, and/or software development.
- Direct experience managing programs with OEMs and/or ODMs.
- A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work independently.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 4+ years, or PhD with 2+ years of experience.
- Minimum of 6 years leading cross-functional efforts to support the adoption, qualification, launch, and support of complex networking products.
- At least 4 years of hands-on project management experience using methodologies such as PMBOK, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Proven ability to balance internal execution with external partner and customer expectations while consistently achieving delivery and satisfaction goals.
