The pay range is $92,000.00 - $166,000.00

As a Retail Brand Experience (RBX) Print Production Sr Manager, you will be responsible for the print production strategy across multiple pyramids and seasons for a fleet of 2000+ Stores; including providing business support for Quarter Priority Spaces, Storewide and Pyramid (Apparel & Accessories, Home, Hardlines, Seasonal and Frequency) guided by Target's overall strategies. You will establish strong business context, drive timing and cost efficiencies, continuously innovating for creative execution and operational efficiencies of all print production content while interfacing with cross-functional partners across all levels of management and departments to drive exceptional in-store guest experiences. You'll also guide business-specific reinventions and establish and share best practices and expertise, as well as drive exceptional in-store guest experiences.
You'll develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders both inside and outside of the company and be the trusted expert advisor to senior leadership for your business(es). In this role, you'll ensure business(es) maintain safety, legal & patent guidelines and Target brand standards, and lead strategy and brief/concept development. You will develop internal routines, tools, and processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of the team, driving strategic evolution and optimization including workstreams between the Minneapolis and Target in India. You will play a key role in connectivity, identify dependencies, and optimize across strategies, projects, and team priorities by developing change management plans and training resources to support a global business model.
You will manage workload focuses for direct reports to support business needs and development through Personal Development Plans supporting growth and career pathing. You will foster team dynamic through collective and individual investment (technical, transferrable, and expandable skills) developing a talent pipeline that steward's representation and readiness within network. You will reinforce priorities and participate in cultural initiatives for personal development, while promoting team behavioral growth. The exciting part of retail? It's always changing! A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. About you:
- 4-year college degree Marketing or related field and/or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years of In-Store Marketing experience
- 3+ years of corporate retail headquarters experience
- Experience leading people with ability to network and recruit diverse talent based on representation of Target guest
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and lead through ambiguity
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage relationships with team and key business partners while advocating for guest-focused solutions
- Strong sense of composition and design detail
- Experience developing creative briefs
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Cultural awareness, competitive analysis, and knowledge/understanding of current trends.
