As a Program Manager, you'll play a key role in driving and supporting cutting-edge technology and product development initiatives. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects/programs and ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires a blend of project management skills, leadership, and strategic planning to achieve program goals and drive organizational success.

This position utilizes program management disciplines across Agile and Waterfall methodologies and will manage moderate to complex projects and guides the execution and governance across projects / programs in addition to providing status reporting at a project / program / portfolio level. Role includes end-to-end program management of multiple projects including deliverables supported by the business partners, with focus on interdependency management.

Responsibilities Include:
Plan and facilitate moderate to complex, medium to high priority, business sponsored projects/programs
Compiling project/program plans, developing and managing budgets / timelines / schedules, assessing impacts, issues, risks in collaboration with Project Managers
Coordination of cross-team and vendor dependencies as well as integration testing activities
Acts as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication
Prepare and deliver effective, timely, meaningful communications (written and verbal) to project participants, senior leadership, and the organization in a timely, consistent, and meaningful manner
Facilitate decision-making processes by providing transparent and accurate information
Use of influence and negotiation skills to drive projects, clear roadblocks, and resolve conflicts
Refining the Planning & PMO processes, procedures, templates, and functionality within supporting tools & applications as needed

Education, Experience and Knowledge
PMP Certification and/or minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated project/program experience; or equivalent formal education in project management
Bachelor's degree (BS,BA) from a four-year college or university; minimum 5+ years related experience and/or training working within IT or PMO environment, managing programs or projects; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Understanding and familiarity of project, program and portfolio management best practices
Understanding and familiarity of Agile Methodologies including but not limited to Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
