Head of Demand Generation

Position Overview: As the Head of Demand Generation, you will own RepeatMD's entire demand-generation strategy, execution, and results. You're a hands-on expert, capable of developing and executing scalable marketing programs that consistently deliver pipeline growth. Reporting directly to our CEO, you'll collaborate closely with our CRO, sales, product marketing, and operations to drive new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion. This is an individual contributor role with strategic oversight, meaning you'll be directly responsible for executing initiatives and overseeing paid performance marketing.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop, execute, and optimize high-impact demand generation strategies (ABM, content marketing, email campaigns, webinars, partnerships, and events).
  • Oversee and strategically guide paid performance marketing, collaborating closely with our paid media specialist to maximize ROI.
  • Manage and optimize the demand-gen budget, efficiently scaling spend to maximize returns.
  • Create a repeatable framework for pipeline generation, conversion, and acceleration.
  • Actively collaborate cross-functionally, aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives and company growth targets.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to continually optimize campaigns.

What You'll Bring:
  • 7+ years of hands-on demand generation experience within high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record managing and optimizing significant marketing budgets ($200K/mo in paid, 5M+ a year) and delivering strong ROI.
  • Expertise in channels such as ABM, email automation, webinars, strategic partnerships, and content marketing.
  • Direct experience overseeing paid media and collaborating with paid media specialists.
  • Deep understanding of marketing analytics, funnel optimization, and growth metrics.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Salesloft.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, execution skills, and the ability to directly manage and deliver results.

You've built demand gen functions in a fast-paced SaaS environment

You've owned B2B2C funnel performance and optimized at scale

You treat growth like science-data, testing, insights, repeat

You're fluent in CAC, LTV, ROAS, and pipeline velocity

You've worked cross-functionally with sales and product teams

You're based in or near New York City and open to a hybrid office schedule
Nice-to-Haves

+ Experience in SaaS, fintech, aesthetics, healthcare, or wellness

+ Strong technical skills (bonus points for SQL or marketing ops wizardry)

+ Experience launching category-defining positioning strategies
