Senior Manager, Finance

Job Description:

This Finance Senior Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to help shape the Client Services organization in the Fidelity Brokerage business. The primary objective of the role will be to support our Scale & Efficiency and cross-enterprise work. As a member of the Brokerage Finance team, you will be responsible for providing senior management with insightful, action-oriented financial analysis to guide effective decision-making that impacts Fidelity's clients and associates.

The Expertise You Have

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of professional experience in Finance
• Driving projects such as business case development and implementation of new financial views and analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to 'tell the story"
• Strong interpersonal skills, proactively building consultative relationships across Finance and the business
• Solid knowledge and expertise in financial, presentation, and data visualization tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Thinkcell)
• Intellectual curiosity, flexibility, and the ability to contribute to the team are musts
