REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science or a related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA a plus).
- 7+ years of experience, preferably within a high-growth, medical device or other technology-driven industry (MedTech experience a plus).
- Experience with ERP systems (D365) and financial reporting/planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Planful, or similar); Advanced Excel skills required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex financial data in a clear and actionable manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionally and influence business partners at all levels.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
