The Senior Manager, Regulatory Platform Innovation, will support the planning, execution, and delivery of regulatory technology and innovation programs. This role requires a digital mindset, understanding of the Regulatory Operations landscape, knowledge of systems delivery and agile methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will assist in leveraging emerging technologies to enhance regulatory processes and advancement, aligning with GSK's mission and regulatory requirements.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following...
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of regulatory technology and innovation programs, ensuring projects/programs are designed to deliver maximum value and are aligned with strategic objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the progress of projects/initiatives with respect to time, scope, budget, risk, quality and compliance, holding teams to account to ensure execution in accordance with the plan.
  • Develop realistic plans with agreed deliverables, ensuring alignment across systems, data, process and people, and facilitate requirement decomposition and tracking of project scope, ensuing acceptance criteria is clearly defined and met.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including (but not limited to) charter, scope, schedule, RAID logs, status updates, progress reports, and executive summaries, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and GSK strategic partners, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant GSK regulations, policies, and standards, actively seek areas for improvement, and drive innovation with recommendations to senior management.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
  • Bachelor's degree, Scientific or technical.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project).
  • Knowledge of regulatory systems and GxP validation requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
  • Knowledge of systems delivery projects (System, Data, Process, People), and different methodologies
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel in an interdisciplinary and matrix environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with regulatory systems including the validation requirements associated with GxP systems.
  • Familiarity with JIRA (or similar tools) and effective requirements decomposition (Epic -> Feature -> User Story -> Task)
  • Project Management or Scaled Agile certifications (e.g., PRINCE, PO/PM).
  • Service/customer-oriented attitude.
  • Digital mindset embracing technology/tools for innovation and efficiency.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize effectively.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
