Role Overview:

As a modern Product Marketing Manager at RepeatMD, you will be essential in shaping, communicating, and maximizing the impact of our products in the market. You'll take ownership of go-to-market strategies, drive successful product launches, and create compelling messaging that resonates with our target audience. Working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams, you'll ensure that each feature, product, and vertical launch is executed flawlessly and that internal teams are fully aligned and prepared.

In this role, you will:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features, products, and verticals to meet RepeatMD's business goals.
  • Create and deliver impactful marketing content, including sales enablement materials, product demos, webinars, and case studies.
  • Educate internal teams on the value, use cases, and benefits of new products, ensuring alignment across departments.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to inform positioning, messaging, and campaign strategies.
  • Track campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize results.
  • Serve as a product advocate, championing our solutions and their impact on the Aesthetics and Wellness industry.

What You Will Own:

As the PMM for tiered product launches, you will be fully self-sufficient in driving the success of each launch from start to finish. Key areas include:
  • Internal Education
    • Ensure all internal teams-sales, marketing, and customer success-are fully briefed on new features, products, or verticals, including clear use cases and value propositions.
  • Marketing Content Creation
    • Develop impactful, targeted content that clearly communicates product benefits to various audiences and customer segments.
    • Create a suite of resources, including webinars, pitch decks, product demos, and case studies to support marketing, sales, and CX enablement.
  • Launch Execution and Strategy
    • Lead end-to-end launch planning, maximizing impact and engagement with strategically timed rollouts.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align each launch with company goals and objectives, ensuring the offering gains traction quickly.
  • Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategies
    • Design and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for each product, feature, or vertical, in alignment with RepeatMD's vision and growth objectives.
  • Market Insights
    • Conduct ongoing market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning. Use these insights to refine product positioning and inform strategy.
  • Craft Messaging and Positioning
    • Develop and continuously refine product messaging that resonates with target audiences and highlights the unique value of RepeatMD's solutions.
  • Campaign Performance and Analytics
    • Track and analyze the success of all marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to make adjustments and optimize results over time.
  • Product Advocacy
    • Serve as a dedicated product evangelist across multiple platforms, sharing the impact of our solutions and championing RepeatMD's mission.

  • Product Positioning and Messaging
    • Develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging for all new features, products, or verticals.
    • Craft differentiators and value propositions specific to various customer segments (e.g., dental, aesthetics, wellness).
    • Adapt messaging based on customer personas and pain points to drive relevance and resonance.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Execution
    • Own and lead end-to-end GTM planning and execution for new launches.
    • Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and customer insights to inform strategy.
    • Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on launch goals and timelines.
  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration
    • Collaborate effectively across departments (sales, customer success, product, etc.) to keep teams informed and aligned on product updates.
    • Lead training sessions for internal teams to ensure understanding of new features and value propositions.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all product marketing activities, updates, and changes.
  • Content Creation and Campaigns
    • Ability to produce marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing content (e.g., product guides, social media posts, webinar content, case studies, email copy).
    • Develop and oversee campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement with new products and features.
    • Create data-driven, compelling narratives that highlight customer success and ROI to encourage adoption.
  • Customer and Market Insights
    • Regularly gather and analyze customer feedback, behavior, and usage patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and new features.
    • Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to refine messaging and positioning.
    • Utilize customer success stories and case studies to drive home the value of RepeatMD's solutions.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting
    • Define KPIs and metrics to track the success of product launches and campaigns (e.g., feature adoption, revenue impact, customer engagement).
    • Use data to continuously refine GTM strategies and improve future product launches.
    • Report on campaign performance and product adoption to leadership with actionable insights.
  • Self-Sufficiency and Ownership
    • Demonstrate the ability to operate independently, making decisions and driving initiatives with minimal oversight.
    • Proactively identify gaps in knowledge or process and work to resolve them.
    • Strong project management skills to ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks and deadlines.
  • Product Lifecycle and SaaS Expertise
    • Understanding of the SaaS product lifecycle, from ideation and development through to post-launch adoption.
    • Familiarity with SaaS metrics and strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
    • Experience with tools like Hubspot, Appcues, Fillout, Asana, and analytics platforms is a plus
