ADR Development Sales Coach

Description:
This role will be responsible for training Sales Development Reps to become ADR's for the marketplace (both new and renewals). The program is designed to have reps graduate within a 12 week span from their initial start date. Throughout the 12 weeks the SDTL will be conducting training, coaching sessions as well as 1:1s in order to successfully develop the SDRs.
The correct candidate must understand/learn how to look at data (domo) and make informed decisions as to what skillset(s) needs to be improved upon in order to expedite the growth/graduation speed of the SDR.
Other responsibilities that this role will have is working on SD&T's largest initiative which is creating a Sales Lifecycle career path. This project entails helping create curriculum, courses and application activities in order to facilitate the training and development of current SDRs (in-program) as well as graduated/veteran AE's.

- Daily Accountability Sessions/Sync ups
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales development team
- Coaching and performance monitoring of sales development team.

- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.

What you'll need to be successful:
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Alternative finance experience a plus
