Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Datacenter Solution Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Datacenter and Data Center Architecture as well as domain expertise in Cards and Payments. This hybrid role requires a strong technical background and the ability to manage complex projects effectively. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our services and solutions.

The annual salary for this position is between $73,350 - $133,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Datacenter Solution Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Datacenter and Data Center Architecture as well as domain expertise in Cards and Payments. This hybrid role requires a strong technical background and the ability to manage complex projects effectively. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our services and solutions.
Core Duties:
- Codify the data center classification (DC Strategy + Critical Facilities)
- Work with leadership to build out hosting / Data Center strategy for migration / closures/ Technical writing skills to document and build executive level summary presentations (InteDC Strategy + Critical Facilities)
- Measure the costs for moving workloads to public or consolidating to fewer DCs (Internal: DC Strategy, Infra Engineering, Public Cloud)
- Need internal portal built to track the assets. Integrate with existing Capacity Mgmt portal. (Skills: C#, Angular, SQL, PowerBI, calling REST APIs for our internal tools (Densify, ViPR, etc.).
- Coordinate with application owners to collect dispositions for every application and asset in the company. Leverage existing XLS format as basis for the data entry form on the portal.
- Build and coordinate routine where people update their application disposition quarterly. Develop governance framework for changes to plans.
- Standard project management and governance skills
- Track budget implications for closures and consolidations. Show funding impact by application. Creating reports
- Coordinate migrations
- Site surveys - Attention to detail, basic infrastructure knowledge
- Good Communication Skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of projects related to Datacenter and Data Center Architecture.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery process ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team leveraging expertise in Datacenter and Data Center Architecture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Cards and Payments.
- Monitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain project management methodologies and tools.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and team performance.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of project deliverables.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment promoting teamwork and professional development.

- Possess a strong technical background in Datacenter and Data Center Architecture.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in the Cards and Payments domain.
