Marketing Coordinator - Blackstone Credit and Insurance ICS

Job Description:

In this role, the candidate will support North American Credit and Insurance fundraising efforts and provide operational oversight and guidance to the North American Credit and Insurance team. The main areas of responsibility for the Marketing Coordinator include:
  • Manage and organize North American BXCI marketing roadshows, events, and meetings
  • Plan agendas, arrange staffing, and coordinate with executive assistants, global and London-based BXCI marketing coordinators, ICS professionals, and investment professionals
  • Prepare and coordinate briefing notes and ensure all relevant materials are printed, delivered, and ready for North American ICS meetings
  • Maintain and update the internal North American marketing calendar and internal reporting needs. Ensure meeting invites include required information and are appropriately tagged in Salesforce, working closely with executive admins
  • Create, monitor, and update lists of existing and prospective North America BXCI investors in Salesforce/BX Nexus and BXAccess, including client suitability checks
  • Oversee logistics for the annual investor conference in collaboration with the Global Marketing Coordinator, Blackstone Events team, and the ICS team
  • Collaborate with ICS professionals to identify and canvas markets for new client prospects
  • Act as the technology liaison for the BXCI ICS team. Work with the Blackstone technology team to improve operational processes, track fund commitments, and train support staff on technology tools
  • Support various ad-hoc projects and new business initiatives, often leveraging Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve the efficiency of the North America BXCI ICS team
  • Manage all non-US investor and prospect meeting requests in New York
  • Serve as the point of contact for Salesforce/BX Nexus support, ensuring smooth functionality and resolving issues as needed


Qualifications:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (including PowerPoint and Outlook with an emphasis on Excel)
  • Desire to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and programs
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is highly preferred

Expected annual base salary range:

$60,000 - $110,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
