About the Team: TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is at the forefront of driving advertising innovation, offering scalable solutions for brands to connect with audiences in meaningful ways. Our Enterprise Ad Sales team partners with some of the largest global brands, enabling them to leverage TikTok's unique platform to drive business impact. The GBS team thrives on creativity, collaboration, and results. The Client Solutions Team Lead oversees a team of Client Solutions Managers (CSMs) and Client Solutions Planners (CSPs) within the Technology vertical, driving revenue growth, client success, and operational excellence. This role combines team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and client strategy to deliver meaningful results for TikTok's top advertisers. Reporting into the Client Solutions Industry Lead, the Team Lead coaches their team on relationship management, client education, campaign measurement, and storytelling with data. They champion the development of each team member -- mentoring them to grow as strategic partners and drive business impact. Responsibilities: - Coach and mentor a team of CSMs to deliver best-in-class client service, campaign execution, and upsell strategies through data-driven analysis and consultative selling. - Serve as a subject matter expert for the Technology vertical, representing the category both internally and externally. - Use data and performance insights to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and develop strategic frameworks and playbooks. - Partner with leadership to shape long-term vertical growth strategies and drive operational efficiencies. - Promote product adoption and close product feedback loops by staying current on TikTok's ad solutions, measurement capabilities, and platform developments -- training the team to act as trusted external product consultants. - Advocate for the team by removing roadblocks and ensuring CSMs have the tools, training, and resources they need to succeed.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years of direct experience in digital advertising, ad sales, or brand marketing, managing large client solutions teams - 1+ year of experience managing a team of individual contributors - Willing to work in Los Angeles, CA Preferred Qualifications: - Experience influencing senior decision-makers at top brands and agencies through strategic guidance and thought leadership. - Expertise in full-funnel marketing strategies and KPIs, with a strong grasp of both brand and performance objectives. - Advanced understanding of performance-driven (programmatic or social) advertising and/or auction-based ad platforms. - Ability to troubleshoot complex client challenges and translate business needs into scalable product or measurement solutions. - Familiarity with measurement frameworks, attribution models, and third-party verification partners. - Skilled at translating technical language for non-technical internal and external stakeholders. - Track record of mentoring others in data fluency, media strategy, and storytelling with insights.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88464 - $160000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
