Business System Analyst - 2 Roles

Location : Boston

• Strong domain knowledge on asset Management on performance, attribution, asset allocation, holdings and investment strategies.
• Ability to understand the Investment Performance computations.
• Perform complex data analysis across multiple tables and report on results.
• Perform data mapping activities from source to destination by applying the transformation logic.
• Ability to analyze and draw succinct conclusions to present findings.
• Prior experience on SQL and Python
• Knowledge on systems such as Factset or Bloomberg preferred.
• Should have worked to gather detailed, specific, accurate, unambiguous business requirements and functional specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
• Good exposure to Agile methodologies (preferably Agile Scrum) as a Business Analyst.
• Strong Analytical and Communication skills along with Planning and Co-ordination skills.
• Stakeholder management and reporting.

Business System Analyst - 2 Roles

Location : Boston (Strong Payment BA) and New Jersey (BSA - with Payment)

• System Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience
• Must Have Middleware Integration from source systems to destination systems.
• Must have End-To-End Payment processing life cycle, includes both Inbound & Outbound payments
• Knowledge on Core Banking business.
• Perform Data mapping exercise alongside the application owners and development teams.
• Knowledge of working with backend systems.
• Well experienced with below Payment Industry messages and good knowledge on payment data fields.

SWIFT MT types
ISO20022( Different Pain & Pacs types)

• Knowledge on RTGS payment system & CBPR+ payment processing guidelines.
• Minimal Database query experience.
• Knowledge on different data formats (XML,JSON, FixedWidth etc...)
• Knowledge on different communication protocols and usage ( IBM MQ, Kafka, File etc..)
• Well experienced to create below documentations.
• Good communication & presentation skills

• Working in Capital markets functions and trading in Equity, Derivatives, Securities lending, trade reconciliations and OTC.
• At least 6 years of experience in requirement elicitation techniques like JAD/sessions, workshops, interviews, surveys etc.
• Ability to analyze and draw succinct conclusions to present findings.
• At least 6 years of experience around Business analysis, Impact analysis, Gap analysis and System analysis performed to a high standard.
• At least 6 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.
• Should have rich experience on Middle office and back-office operations.
• Should have worked to gather detailed, specific, accurate, unambiguous business requirements and functional specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
• Good exposure to Agile methodologies (preferably Agile Scrum) as a Business Analyst.
