Collaborating with XR Product Franchise Managers and commercial teams worldwide, this leader will prioritize impactful programs in the portfolio roadmap while ensuring flawless regional execution and achievement of business segment goals.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $153,600.00-$230,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development & Execution
- IB Revitalization: Create and implement a global strategy to revitalize the X-ray Install Base, including options, upgrades, and replacement solutions, ensuring tangible customer value.
- Service Growth Strategy: Establish and lead a comprehensive service strategy to drive global growth in the X-ray Service business, with a focus on innovation and scalability.
- Investment Business Cases: Develop and own detailed business cases for new investments that accelerate Service and IB growth.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Product Integration: Partner with XR Product Franchise Managers to ensure IB and service growth features are prioritized in new product introductions (NPI) and engineering programs.
- Commercial Partnerships: Work closely with global and regional equipment and service teams to design and implement impactful IB & Service Growth Programs and commercial activation strategies.
Program Leadership
- Execution Oversight: Guide XR Product Franchise Managers and Regional Sales and Service teams in implementing IB & Service growth initiatives, ensuring delivery of results.
- Innovative Service Offerings: Lead the development and commercial activation of new service offerings to increase service contract capture rates, expand market share, and accelerate revenue growth.
Revenue Growth & Sustainability
- Business Accountability: Take responsibility for protecting and expanding X-ray Service revenue while enabling sustainable growth across global markets.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to enhance service penetration and optimize market share.
Leadership & Organizational Alignment
- Global Alignment: Partner with leadership teams across global and regional equipment/service divisions to align on IB revitalization and service growth targets, ensuring consistency in strategy execution.
- Execution Monitoring: Provide regular updates and feedback loops to maintain transparency and drive accountability for IB and service performance across regions
- Team Enablement: Equip teams with tools, training, and frameworks to implement IB and service strategies effectively
Innovation & Problem-solving
- Install Base Challenges: Identify key areas within the X-ray Install Base that require revitalization (e.g., aged equipment, customer dissatisfaction) and design targeted solutions.
- Service Enhancement: Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to create innovative service offerings that address evolving customer needs and boost contract capture rates.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor outcomes of implemented IB and Service initiatives and refine strategies based on data-driven insights and customer feedback.
Team Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborative Leadership: Collaborate with product, sales, and service delivery teams to ensure IB and service goals are understood and integrated into broader business objectives.
- Strategic Messaging: Develop compelling communication materials to articulate the value of IB and Service growth initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer Experience Focus: Work closely with teams to ensure customer-centric approaches are embedded in IB and service growth strategies, driving satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years' progressive leadership experience in med-tech Product Management, capital equipment sales, service sales, sales operations, or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in Service Product and/or Install Base Management
- Strong leadership skills to influence cross functional and global teams, shape growth vision and implement growth strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with customers and frontline sales/service teams
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems, lead large programs / projects and successfully handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
- Proven ability to work and travel globally.
